We’ll advise you on the options available, helping you select a system which gives your business, staff and customers the protection they need.
What a the different types of fire alarm system available?
All fire alarm systems work in a similar way: if a detector identifies heat or smoke, or someone triggers the alarm through a manual break point, the alarm will sound to warn those in the building that there could be a fire and they need to evacuate. In addition, some systems also include remote signalling equipment, designed to alert the fire brigade.
There are four categories of fire alarm system: conventional, addressable, analogue addressable and wireless. Each system varies in complexity, with some systems ideal for installation in smaller businesses premises such as shops, whilst others are better suited to factories or offices based across multiple floors.
Our experienced team are fully qualified and will carry out a thorough assessment of your business premises and requirements to ensure that system we install provides adequate protection. We’ll take into consideration factors such as what action needs to be taken in the event of a fire and a method of alerting the fire brigade, and whether other occupants of a multi occupancy building will be affected.
